Privacy policy: added searches to what we hold (never stored); clarified that guest usage signals carry an anonymous account id; only reviews (not pour notes) get the AI text check; listed what "Adding a place" sends; removed push notifications, which the app doesn't have.

New pages: For breweries (/breweries) and How we keep it fair (/trust). How money works (/money) was rewritten in plain words: claiming a brewery page is free, and claimed breweries can update their board and details at no charge while we're getting started. The homepage now shows real app screens with sample data instead of a made-up brewery and made-up reviews.

Privacy policy: corrected how long crash reports are kept (30 days, not 90). Removed internal review notes that had been left in the app's copy of the privacy policy, terms and guidelines.

Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines v2: named Heap Brands as the operator; named Anthropic and listed all four AI uses; added usage signals and the hashed-IP cap; added the data-retention table; account deletion now deletes your reviews too; breweries and brewpubs only; claimed-brewery terms; review-dispute process; governing law British Columbia. Money page: how we check a claim, what breweries can see, disputes.

How money works: rewritten to the current tiers (claiming and facts free permanently; tap board free during launch; optional paid tools later, no price yet).

September 28, 2026

Privacy: pours are private (anonymous totals only); Canada and the United States; monthly brewery email is opt-in with an unticked box.
