How we keep it fair

Last updated September 30, 2026

Here's how The Reviewery works, and where each part is written out in full.

1. Paying doesn't change scores

Businesses can't pay for a higher score, a better spot in search, or to hide a review. Read more: How money works here (/money)

2. People make the moderation calls

An AI service (Anthropic) checks photos and review text and flags problems. A person decides what comes down and who gets banned. Read more: Community Guidelines (/guidelines)

3. Your data

Your pours are private. Breweries see only anonymous totals, and only after at least five people have rated. We don't sell your data. Deleting your account deletes your reviews, pours and photos. Read more: Privacy Policy (/privacy)

4. How scores work

A brewery's score is the average of Beer, Staff and Vibe from real member reviews. Hidden reviews and banned accounts don't count, and we don't change scores by hand. Read more: Terms (/terms)
